How to Create a Text PopUp Mouse RollOver

1. Don D’s Method

2. Peter’s Method

Or, as an alternative.... Make the "What's this" a hyperlink to a non-navigable page on your site.

 

Create the "page" whatever size you like, but essentially something small, that when you click on it opens in a new window.

 

Put a javascript close link on the pop-up page along with a suitable text/html frame. Basically the same idea, in minature, as the Privacy and Terms links on my current home page.
